The War Eagle Flying Team is dedicated to honing flight skills and competing at the highest levels under Region IX of the National Intercollegiate Flying Association. With a focus on camaraderie and excellence, we provide a welcoming environment for all, regardless of prior aviation experience.
Fleet
OUR AIRCRAFT FLEET
The War Eagle Flying Team operates Auburn University School of Aviation Cessna 172 Skyhawks. We utilize these aircraft all over the country for National Intercollegiate Flying Association competitions!
Training and Practices
Practice sessions are held weekly, providing hands-on experience and skill development. Whether you're a novice or an experienced pilot, our team is here to help you improve and succeed.
Competitive Events
We participate in numerous competitions throughout the year, including precision landing and navigation challenges. These competitive environments allow our members to showcase their skills and represent Auburn to the highest level.
